Description:
The Naval Oceanographic Office operational ocean prediction system
for waters of the NE Pacific including the Gulf fo Alaska
is a ~3km resolution
model based on the Navy Coastal Ocean Model.
More information on the regional NCOM model can be found at the
NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information site.
Access through GOODS is limited to the most recent model output from the
aggregated time-series available on the
NOAA NCDDC server.
